A Simplified Skincare Routine
Skincare is self-care. A skincare routine is something to do every morning and night that you can use as your “me time.” Sure you can simply wash your face and go, but why not take one extra minute to really nourish your skin? You may notice your self-confidence increase as your skin becomes healed and glowing, which is the ultimate reason to add this ritual every day.
The basic skincare routine that works for every skin type is a cleanser, then a treatment product like a serum, then a moisturizer (yes, even oily skin needs moisturizer). We love to use facial oil rather than a traditional moisturizer, and you can ready about why in this blog post!
Here's an example of our simple four-step routine: Dampen your skin and apply our Sugar Maple and Aloe Leaf Gentle Cleansing Milk to your face and neck. Pat dry and apply our Rosehip and Willow Bark Vitamin C Serum. (Serum is important to treat your skin with concentrated ingredients).
Allow it to absorb, then apply a facial oil to protect and balance your skin. You can choose between our Rosehip + Calendula Facial Glow Oil if your skin is combination or normal to oily, or COQ10 + Jasmine Intense Hydration Facial Oil if your skin tends to be drier.
